Ha-Ra New Zealand is committed to giving the best possible customer service that it can.

To this end we will make all attempts to:

• Organize your demonstrations for a date and time to suit both parties.
• Have stock on hand to fill your requirements (or will deliver to the host/hostess at no further cost).
• Answer your questions/queries promptly.

We will ship your products to you anywhere within New Zealand.
If your order is valued at $175 or more, it will be shipped FREE of charge!

For orders less than $175, the shipping anywhere in New Zealand is $9.

Returns are ONLY accepted if the product has not been used and it is in original condition. In this case, please contact us to let us know that you will be returning the item. Then a credit note is raised and as soon as the product is received, the replacement is shipped.

Your privacy is important to us, which is why the information you provide us will be handled securely and sensitively with the utmost regard for your privacy. We will also limit the collection and use of consumer information to the minimum we require in order for us to carry out our business and provide you with the level of service you deserve.
